Pneumatic actuator, single-acting and accessories
PRINCIPLE OF SINGLE ACTIVE FUNCTION FUNCTION:
The vertical single-acting air-spring pneumatic drive is widely used in operations requiring repeated starting in a short time interval, the advantage of being its fast and accurate response. The valve is opened with compressed air.
- the diameter of control shaft: 17 mm
- drive height with the carrier: 185 mm
- drive diameter: 85.3 mm
- torque: 20 Nm
- control pressure: 4-8 bar (recommended 5-7 bar)
- working temperature: –10 ° C to 100 ° C
- adjustment speed: 1.5 sec / 90 °
- material: AISI 304
Pneumatic single-acting actuator (air/spring) is used for opening and closing of direct dampers with compressed air (recommended value for safe opening of the damper is 5-8 bar). The actuator spring is used to close the direct damper (without control air pressure) or in case of a drop in the control air pressure for the safe closing of the valve (damper).
To control the pneumatic actuator, it must be supplemented with a pilot (electromagnetic) valve for controlling the compressed air supply. It is also possible to supplement the damper with inductive sensors for signaling the actual position of the damper (open/closed). This configuration allows you to control the damper via a control system with feedback on the position of the damper.
The position of the damper is also indicated (visually) by a mechanical indicator, which is mounted on the control shaft.
