Montage

The mounting direction is the same as the medium flow direction. Pressing the medium on the disc opens the flap (see the blue arrow in the flap dimension drawing).

The damper is installed in front of the pump to ensure proper operation of both the pump and the damper.

Check valves are welded to a suitable counterpart. In the case of welding, the valve must first be disassembled to prevent damage to the seal. We recommend checking the tightening of the bolts (CLAMP sleeve) in operation.

Prior to installation, the pipe system must be flushed to prevent damage to the valve by mechanical impurities.

Before maintaining or dismantling the valve, make sure that the temperature and pressure of the medium flowing through the pipe have already dropped (medium temperature above 50 ° C and below 0 ° C can cause serious injuries). Hazardous fluids must be drained before maintenance.

Most common areas of check valves applications

Wineries, breweries, dairy industry, beverage industry, food processing, pharmaceuticals etc.
