Stainless steel pressure gauges - the back (coaxial) connection
Properties of the manometers:
They guarantee consistently high accuracy, reliability, and protection against chemical corrosion. They are made of stainless steel, housing material 1.4301 (AISI 304), and thread material 1.4401 (AISI 316). The sensing device is a Bourdon stainless steel tube. The connector is TIG welded. The pressure gauges are supplied with a glycerine filling as standard (protection against operating shocks).
- Range: 0–100 bar according to individual products
- Rear (axial) connection
- Dimensions of dials DN 63 mm
- Straight sight glass
- They meet the requirements of EN 837-1, accuracy class CL 1.6
- Connection 1/4" BSP
- Working temperature: –20 °C to 60 °C
- The pressure gauges are designed with an emphasis on long life and extreme operating conditions.
- Pressure gauges are also designed for operation where vibrations or pulsating pressures occur.
Installation of the manometer filled with glycerine:
It is connected by screwing into a suitable counterpart. We recommend that the fittings be preserved during installation with Loctite 8105 Food Vaseline. Refillable manometers must be vented using a vent plug. Tightening the manometers must always be done with the appropriate wrench, never with the manometer housing.
Application fields:
Engineering, refrigeration, air conditioning, brewing, food and beverage industry, viticulture, refrigeration, water management applications, chemical industry, etc..
