How to shop in the INDCOM online store
Place your selected items in the shopping cart, after completing the selection of items, select "Continue". You will go to complete the order. If the contents of the basket are not displayed on the main screen, click on "Basket" in the upper right part of the online store.
The "Recalculate" button - must be used every time you change the number of items in the basket. If you need to remove an item from the basket, check the red cross in the right column of the given product, if you only had one product in the basket, which you deleted by removing it from the basket, return to the online store for another purchase by pressing the "back to e-shop" button . If you had more than one item in your cart, continue your order by clicking the "Delivery details" button. Please fill in all delivery and invoicing data here, which are binding for the ordered goods. Then proceed to "Delivery and payment", Choose the method of payment and shipping and proceed further with the button "Check order" you can insert a note here.
Click on "Submit Order" to send a binding order for processing. A copy of the order will be sent to the email address you provided. After the order has been processed by the merchant (the next working day at the latest), you will be sent a confirmation of receipt of the order with the delivery date and the merchant will contact you by phone. In the event that after your payment has been credited to our account, we will not be able to deliver your order by the next working day, you will also be contacted by the merchant to negotiate individual conditions.
Please note: Some combinations of payment and shipping are not allowed (eg: personal collection and cash on delivery payment by credit card, etc.) and you will therefore be asked to choose a different combination of payment and shipping.
A copy of the order sent to the contact email address is not a confirmation of the order, it is only an automatically generated message.
