Warranty void
The buyer is entitled to exercise the right from a defect that occurs in the consumer goods within twenty-four months of receipt.
We recommend adding to the goods: complaint protocol (XLS) or complaint protocol (PDF).
The warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- careless, inappropriate or violent mechanical handling,
- using the goods in conditions that do not correspond in terms of temperature, dustiness, humidity to the conditions stated by the manufacturer and the seller, or in violation of the operating manual and the conditions described in the operating manual for the given product (goods),
- the goods were damaged by excessive loading or use contrary to the conditions stated in the instructions for use, or contrary to the documentation provided by the seller on the online store or general principles, the goods were damaged by natural elements or force majeure.
In this case, the cost of returning the goods will be fully covered by the buyer. The seller is responsible for hidden defects in the goods that appear during the warranty period, however, the buyer is obliged to claim the goods without undue delay after discovering the defect.
The out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes arising from the purchase contract is the responsibility of the Czech Trade Inspection, with registered office at Štěpánská 567/15, 120 00 Prague 2, ID number: 000 20 869, internet address: https://adr.coi.cz/cs. The online dispute resolution platform located at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr can be used to resolve disputes between the seller and the buyer from the purchase contract.
