Determination of the amount of residual sugar in kvass in weight %.
In the upper part of the meter there is a scale from 0-10% or 10-20%. One division on the scale=0.1%. The meter is inserted into the liquid and it submerges on its own (it is convenient to use a measuring cylinder with a sample of the liquid), we read on the scale (at the point where the level stabilizes) how much % sugar the liquid has.
