Hopsdrop / Hop Doser - Vessel for cold hopping
So many people have been fighting with the oxygenation of their beers, especially during the direct dry hopping process. We can simply say that “oxygen" is the enemy of your beer and it can destroy beer flavors and beer character. Therefore If you're used to adding the hops pellets directly into the beer tank, you will need some tool that will help you to avoid oxygenation.
We introduce you to our HopsDrop, or we can also call it HopsDoser…(We can call this tank by many names) but one thing is for sure, It is a great tool for every brewery.

Basic information

Therefore If you're used to adding the hops pellets directly into the beer tank, you will need some tool that will help you to avoid oxygenation.
We introduce you to our HopsDrop, or we can also call it HopsDoser…(We can call this tank by many names) but one thing is for sure, It is a great tool for every brewery.
The HopsDrop generally consists of butterfly valve DN 100 that attaches to the fermenter's dry hopping port (the valve can be customized based on your dry hopping port). Then HopsDrop has a 1/4” BSP ball valve port for your CO2 inlet, pushing the oxygen out of the 1/4” BSP ball valve port in the lid. There is also a pressure gauge 0-4Bar installed in the lid.
For easy sanitation and opening the HopsDrop is equipped with a clamped lid.
